Gist of my experience: Want to support a small local business that still believes in word of mouth, tries hard for customer appreciation, and gets the job done RIGHT? Walk, don't run, to your phone and make an appointment to get your car starter installation (or troubleshoot a repair) booked and relax with confidence knowing your vehicle will always be ready against the harsh, friggin' Edmonton cold. But what's this about the other drivers?
Story: Autumn of 2025 I got a family referral from my bro Tyghe and then dealt with Andre and met the friendly Wes. My appointment was last minute but Andre made it work; I wound up dropping my car off although there is a couch and a vibe if you want to hang out. Their in-place, working display of cameras made me think hard about getting one because they've become a necessity for good drivers when dealing with Scrooge-like insurance adjustors. Oh yeah, then we got rear-ended two weeks later by a nice Nigerian lady who kept saying "You're blaming me... you're blaming me ... you're blaming me." For rear-ending us? So I've had 2 at least weeks to test the remote system out plus now I regret not getting a dash cam! The remote starter works properly and I'm totally satisfied with it at this point and planning out my finances re: camera. I'll update my review with any further dealings or purchases.
TL;DR: 5/5 all around. Small, local and extremely professional. Vehicle remote installs (and more, call and ask about dash cams). Website needs work to update it but they work more on personal referrals, so who do you know who hates the cold in Edmonton? Tell them to call B&K Elite.
Great job with the remote start installation! I didn’t have an appointment — I just called to ask if I could come in right away, and they were super accommodating. They got the work done quickly and did an excellent job. Really appreciate their professionalism and friendly service!
Great service and customer care. Conversation was straight forward and we could make a deal over the phone easily. I suggest to see their page and find their models first, call them second to figure out what exactly you need and set a date and time to install. They also install cameras too.

After my bad past experienced getting my old Honda civic alarm and remote starter installed at 3 local stores, I'm very skeptical on getting my wife's car remote starter installed in 100% in working condition at any local store. After getting my wife's car remote starter installed today at B & K Elite Services Inc by 2 very friendly technicians, I'm very happy that they took their time to verify everything works 100%.
It's good weather today and I enjoyed waiting inside their garage / store on a comfy leather couch. I highly recommend them for car alarms and remote starter installation done by them.
All of their units come with a Lifetime Warranty on installation, as well as installed hardware. So, all of the modules and wiring have lifetime coverage. If ever anything goes wrong with the system, bring it to them, and they will diagnose for free. If the problem is installation, or hardware related, it will be covered. The remotes themselves come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.

Recommended through a neighbor from ‘Next Door’ community app. Old remote was causing battery to drain in my Kia. No idea why it was happening. My mechanic suggested it might be my remote starter.
B&K Elite guys took out the old remote and wiring, showing me what the problem was and why it was draining the battery. It was interesting to see how the older remotes worked. I had no clue.
I am the proud owner of an installed Compustar 2 way 3000 ft remote starter.
Very pleased with the service from the very personable staff. Shop was nice and clean. They answered all of my questions about the new remote and any other thing I asked. Price was very good.
