When I showed up a pleasant lady came out to check the system. She assessed the issue, went inside for a quick chat with the tech. Came out got in the car tried a few things and got it working. B & K Eliete courageously  stepped up and said "no problem." The car just needed a little extra locksmith work for a transmitter and they dealt with it for me so i didn't have to.
